Turn the oil bottle counterclockwise to detach it from the atomizer.

Add Aroma Oil

Carefully pour your preferred aroma oil into the bottle, ensuring not to exceed the maximum fill line.

Secure the Oil Bottle

Screw the bottle back onto the atomizer clockwise until it is firmly in place.

Reinsert the Oil Bottle

Place the assembled oil bottle back into the device securely.

Power On the Device

Connect the power cord and switch on the device using the main power button.

At Scentation, we are devoted to crafting refined sensory experiences through our diffusers and aroma oils. Each product is designed with precision, elegance, and care. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, this policy ensures a seamless and transparent resolution process.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include aroma oils once opened, used diffusers, consumables, sanitary or hazardous materials, and similar goods due to their product nature.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a standard processing period. You will be notified by email once your refund has been approved and processed.

We only replace items in cases of damage or manufacturing defect. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@scentation.se with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
